1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables.

2. Refund Policy

If you cancel an eligible order within the cancellation window and payment has been made, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days, though banks and gateways may occasionally take longer.

Refunds for Non-Delivery or Quality Issues: If we fail to deliver or if items are damaged, spoiled, or significantly different, report within 12 hours of delivery with photos. After verification, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation requests after 4 hours or post-dispatch.
  • Incorrect address or failure to receive the order at your location.
  • Products consumed, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, traffic).

4. Process for Claiming Refunds

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your Order ID and reason.
  2. Attach photos for quality complaints.
  3. Our team will verify and confirm within 48 hours.

5. Amendments

Vegdhara reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be notified through our app and website. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
